Happy Call Pan Recipe - Stir Fried French Beans with Tofu and Fish Cake

In the attempt to lead a healthier and fuss free lifestyle, and in between all the feasting over the weekends, has been the attempt to cook simple one pot meals. Meals that essentially did not include oil as that would stink up the entire house. 

I was blessed with a Happy Call Pan, which is 2 non-stick pans joined together, allowing for minimal oil and meals cooked in a short time.

Today I prepared a really easy dish, a dish mom cooks up pretty often, but she does it with garlic and oil. All I did was throw all the ingredients together with some soya sauce and water and let it cook for a couple of minutes (depending on how cooked you like your vegetables to be). 


Stir Fried French Beans with Tofu and Fish Cake Recipe using Happy Call Pan
1 square Tofu (Tau Kuah - the firmer of the family)
1 bunch of mushrooms (any kind, I prefer golden mushrooms)
1 bunch of french beans (cut up of course)
2 fish cake (or as many as you like)
A dash of soya sauce and water

That's it! What a simple dish to make that contains both vegetables and tofu.
